  • Media Data: The photographs, videos, and audio recordings captured during your event. All content is stored online via Dropbox and Offline in Data Storage.

  • Delivering your final digital or physical galleries.

  • Sending invoices and processing payments.

3. Media Usage, Copyright, & Social Media Advertising

As the creators of the work, SnapDecisions.photos retains the copyright to all photographs and video footage captured during your event.

  • Organic social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).

  • Paid social media advertising.

Note: We always strive to present you in the best possible light. If there are specific sensitivities regarding certain guests (e.g., minors or guests in witness protection), please let us know prior to the event.
